What each stage means.
Received
Your parcel is physically with us in India and logged against your name. Photos and the weight are on their way to you.
Awaiting approval
We have sent your quote. Nothing moves and nothing is charged until you reply. Your goods sit in storage free meanwhile.
Booked
Space is confirmed on a flight or a sailing. From here we can give you a date rather than a range.
In transit
Your cargo has left India. Air is a matter of days; sea depends on the sailing schedule, which we will have told you.
Customs clearance
Arrived in Colombo and with customs. Most clear inside a day or two. If anything is queried we call you the same day.
Out for delivery
Loaded for your address. You will get a call before the vehicle arrives so somebody can receive it.
